Overview of Briar Chapel

Located just 5 miles south of Chapel Hill, Briar Chapel is a planned community that will encompass over 1,500 acres. Upon completion, Briar Chapel will have approx 900 acres of open space with extensive walking and mountain biking trails, natural woodlands and creeks. The community will also include shopping, mini-parks within neighborhood villages, two school sites (including Woods Charter), and a county park with recreational fields. All homes are required to be built green, and are priced between $180,000 to $900,000+.
