Testimony on Briar Chapel Application for Water Quality Certification

The Fearrington Homeowners Association and many Fearrington Residents attended the public hearing on Briar Chapel's Application for Water Quality Certification on December 13, 2005. Here is a transcript of the testimony.

Welcome to Briar Chapel

Located just 5 miles south of Chapel Hill, Briar Chapel is a planned community that encompasses over 1,500 acres. Residents enjoy sharing over 900 acres of open space, including extensive walking and biking trails, saltwater pools, community gardens, clubhouse, active & passive parks, natural woodlands and creeks.
