According to their corporate website, Raleigh-based Cline Design Associates has been responsible for the "design and imaging of the primary, mixed-use components of the [Briar Chapel] project, including the centrally located Village Center, the Retail Village on US-15-501, the recreational/community center facilities and coordination of these key areas into the overall master plan." Transportation Impact Assessment for Briar Chapel

Kimley-Horn and Associates helped to determine the potential transportation impacts of the Briar Chapel development in accordance with the traffic study guidelines in the NCDOT Policy on Street and Driveway Access to North Carolina Highways and to identify mitigation measures required to address these impacts in accordance with Sections 11.1 and 11.2 of the Compact Community Ordinance.
